CHEESY STUFFED PEPPERS

200g Low Fat Mince
100g Eatlean Tasty Grated
300g Tomato Pasta Sauce
Mixed Herb Seasoning
Remove the inside of the pepper and season with salt and pepper.
Cook in the oven for 20 minutes to allow the peppers to soften.
Fry the mince and add seasoning of choice. Add pasta sauce and allow to simmer.
Sprinkle Eatlean Tasty Grated cheese into the sauce and stir well.
Fill the peppers with the mince mixture, top with more Eatlean Tasty Grated cheese and season with mixed herbs.
