Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, and Luxemburg. We are currently unable to ship to France and Denmark; we apologise for any inconvenience this causes.

We are always working hard on getting Eatlean in as many countries as possible. So make sure you keep an eye out for when we can ship to you!

How long does delivery take?

We aim to deliver all orders within 6 working days from when you ordered.

We ship orders twice a week, on Mondays and Wednesdays. Orders placed between 12 pm Tuesday and 12 pm Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Orders placed between 12pm on Friday and 12pm on Tuesdays will be shipped on the following Wednesday.

How much does it cost for delivery?

We charge €7.99 for all European deliveries.  Or orders over €50 (after discounts), we offer FREE delivery!

How does my order stay cold in transit?

Keeping your order as fresh as possible is very important to us. We use state-of-the-art foil insulation and hydrogel ice packs to ensure your cheese is kept cool & chilled condition throughout transit. This is kept in a tough outer box to ensure your cheese is not damaged.

Why do the prices differ from the shop page to the checkout?

The prices shown on the shop page are exclusive of VAT, so everyone can see a flat pricing rate regardless of location. Since each country has differing VAT rates, these are added at the checkout relevant to the location you would like delivery and the local tax laws of that location.
