LOW CARB CHEESY GARLIC MUSHROOMS
Let’s face it, any recipe that starts with the word ‘Cheesy’ is never going to do wonders for your macro count is it…..WRONG! It’s our mission to create recipes where there is no need to hold back on the amount of cheese you throw at it, and whilst this recipe uses one of our Eatlean products from our Tasty range which carries a slightly higher fat content, you are still saving massively on the fat and calorie content when compared to a standard baked cheese.
This recipe is a great one if you are entertaining, it tastes deliciously indulgent, and is a perfect high protein vegetarian meal idea for a starter or side dish. This is also a great one paired up with a salad for a light, low carb lunch.
One of these baked cheesy mushrooms comes in at 183 calories, 12g of fat, 5g of carbs and 13g of protein.
So what have we switched up?
Eatlean Cheese Bake – Eatlean Cheese Bake gives you a perfect blend of Eatlean Cheese with mozzarella and a hint of cider for the ultimate healthier hot cheese snack.
