DELIVERY TIMESCALES

We ship orders twice a week, on a Monday and a Wednesday. Orders placed between 12pm Tuesday and 12pm Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Orders placed between 12pm on Friday’s and 12pm on Tuesday’s will be shipped on the Wednesday.

We use insulative packaging for all of our orders, so your cheese stays nice and chilled. Once your order has been processed you will receive communication from our courier containing all the relevant delivery details. Please make sure to look out for this email.

Please note our delivery timescales may be impacted by the holiday periods of Christmas and Easter, where deliveries may be slightly delayed. During these periods, we work closely with our delivery partner to ship your parcels at a time that ensures your order reaches you in the freshest condition. For up to date information regarding deliveries around holiday periods, please contact info@eatlean.de and a member of the time will be in touch to assist with any queries you have.

Should you need to delay delivery please let us know by leaving a note in the buyer’s comments when you place your order.

We charge  €7.99 for delivery to Belgium, Netherlands & Germany

On orders over €50 (after discount) we offer free delivery

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Our aim is to deliver all gifts promptly and in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, please follow the following guidelines:

– If the problem is the fault of Eatlean we will either re-deliver or refund your purchased product, depending on your preference. We insist however that you let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order.

– If there is a mistake submitted on the order form e.g. incorrect information, Eatlean cannot be held responsible for it. However, we will work with you to try and correct the issue.

– If you are unable to accept delivery of our goods on the original delivery date, we cannot accept liability for any deterioration in product quality due to any factors outside our control.
