Today we are tackling an all Vegi favourite from the mighty Dominos pizza – we’ve cooked up our own version of their Vegi Volcano Pizza…and pitting three slices of their pizza, to the entire of our pizza we’re coming in at 50% fewer calories and 78% less fat, making it the perfect low-calorie vegetarian meal for those who love a pizza but not the calories that come with it. In fact, this whole pizza contains just 270 calories, 4g of fat, 21g of carbs and 35g of protein…and that’s all down to our Eatlean Pizza Kit.

So what have we switched up in this low-fat lunch idea?

100g passata

Italian Herb Rub

50g Jalapenos

1 Red onion

1 Green pepper

1 Red pepper



Take your Lo-Dough base and top with passata, followed by Grated Protein Cheese


Prep your toppings of red onion, green peppers, red peppers, jalapenos – and add to the pizza


Finish with a sprinkling of Italian Rub and then cook until melted and crispy: 10-15 mins at 180 degrees
